Major Achievements

  • I was part of a Team that managed to secure R8million investment for the first black owned Community Based Abalone Farm in Doring Bay in the West Coast District.
  • I personally developed the business case for an Aquaculture Upgrade program which focuses on extending animal health services to black emerging farmers especially those in rural communities. This project was fully funded and the first of its kind in SA. The project is currently being implemented.
  • I am the founder of an online customer relationship management tool, where pet owners are allowed to link their pets to them in case their pet is lost, theft of livestock and for registering with breed councils. This initiative is geared towards promoting responsible pet ownership in rural communities. www.communipet.co.za
