Algoma hiring for Aegis ITSS - May 2012
This was for the hiring for the ESAI requirements for Aegis ITSS across SAP modules like PM, ABAP, BI, FI, CO and SD. Getting resources on boarded in the shortest time possible so that they spend minimum time in India and get onsite at the client location in Algoma in Canada thus ensuring next to zero bench time. This was Just-In-Time recruiting. This was completed in less than a months time including sourcing, scheduling and collaborating with the Hiring Managers from the client side and candidates as per Canadian time.
Stanlow & Algoma hiring for Essar Information Technology (May 2011-June 2011)
I was mandated to close 40+ positions mainly across SAP modules like BI,SD,FI,MM,PM,ABAP,HR and Basis and Microsoft technologies for EITL's Stanlow and Algoma requirements in the summer of 2011. Drive was planned within 10 days of getting the mandate at Coimbatore where 300+ candidates walked in in 2 days. Sourcing was done through portals, social media and recruitment partners. 42 positions were closed through this drive within 2 days.
