In todays business world it is hard to find management that can produce profit and maintain employee respect at the same time. This is one of my management skills that I am most proud of. I keep an excellent relationship with employees without sacrificing profits or ethics. I really feel this is an asset that adds to business growth.
Automotive Finance
Automotive Finance is without a doubt my strongest skill. I have exceptional negotiation skills with customers as well as lenders. I maintain above average profits and my closing ratio is impecable. I have built very close and trusting relationships with all the lenders I have had the opportunity to work with. My average warranty penetration is around 70% and has been as high as 103% ( yes, this is possible ). My GAP penetration is not far behind. I am quite the perfectionist when it comes to organization, and my paperwork is always in order.
I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I have increased my sales skills over the years. I would have to say my strongest skill as far as basic sales go is integrity and persistance with the customer. I like to create win/win situations. My closing ratio is consistently 50% or better.
