  • Develops a strategic five year budget forecast for the CFMO directorate in conjunction with the DoD POM cycle. Assist with the Texas Legislative Appropriation Request by providing data in relation to Strategy B.1 (Facilities Management).
  • Reconciliation of State of Texas General Obligation Bonds, Revenue Bonds, Investments, Capital Budget, and Sale of Property funds.  
  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process of Appendix 1,2,&4, liaise with external auditors; assess any changes necessary.
