Technical Support Engineer-Field Entrusted with the responsibility to handle general customer enquiries, escalations, analyzing customer feedback and implementing processes for increased customer satisfaction. Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, monitor network, computer and disk utilization and server management. Carried of Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows 2003Servers, Windows XP/2000 Professional Client OS. Involved in user account management task using User manager for domain Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Disaster management. Introduced and installed new system upgrades and security backups for hardware and software systems including Windows Software Update Service. Performed server monitoring for all servers associated with the backup infrastructure to ensure system operations and security standards. Monitored system logs to report problems and produce periodic reports. Handled Remote Server Administration through VNC, Remote Desktop Connection(RDP).
