Over the past 20 years I've dedicated my life in working in the restaurant business. Mostly i focused in the Kitchen, in cooking the food, prepping, comparing prices from different produce companies,doing inventory and training other staff members to gain more knowledge.

During the period of time i worked there they would send me to different restaurants to work at. Atavola Restaurant located in Palo Alto I was a chef. I was moved to Nola Restaurant located in Palo Alto, I became a sous chef. In 2001 i opened Milagros Restaurant located in Redwood City as the executive chef. as the executive chef i was in charge of all the kitchen, doing inventory, making sure the food came out presentable and well cooked.
