  • The OB/GYN department at H.U has 6 faculty members who help in teaching medical students and providing Obstetrics and Gynecology services to the local community. My academic duties include updating the OB/GYN syllabus, weekly teaching clinical rounds with the 6th year medical students, organizing monthly grand rounds, organizing the end of rotation OSCE exam, and the final written exam. The clinical duties include 1 weekly obstetric clinics, 1 weekly gynecological clinic, and 2 operative lists weekly. Specialist on call for the OB/GYN department (1/7 call Rota). I perform an average of 4 deliveries/month and take care of a variety of patients with gynecological concerns including uro-gynecology, minimally invasive cases and benign gynecology.
