Checker- responsible in the preparation and deliveries of products bought by customers and transport of materials and equipment in construction/fabrication work site from the warehouse.

Warehouse stocker- accountable for safekeeping and appropriate handling of the entire inventory of supplies per specialized product and implements strategies in minimizing wastage.

Customer Relations Officer- responsible in attending to the inquiries of walk-in and phone-in customers and helps in the formulation of the project quotation.

Purchasing Assistant- is accountable in maintaining and updating pertinent records in the purchasing office. Also responsible in fast production of documents that are needed in the processes and procedures in the company.

Assistant Project Coordinator- responsible in preparing Job Orders per project and assisting the Project Coordinator and Project Supervisor.

Billing and Collection Assistant- guides customers through the credit application process, establishes lines of credits and troubleshoots issues regarding their credit accounts. Responsible also for performing credit checks, reviews and requests for customers. Recording and entering customer data into electronic databases and answering general credit inquiries.
