Responsible for all aspects of Visual Merchandising and Store Design for 6 MMW stores. Part of the team that successfully opened Shanghai location in 6 months. Transformed MMW stores to reflect M&M Global Brand Standards. Strategic Cross-functional Partnerships with Brand Teams, Operations, Marketing and Merchandising Group to develop business opportunities. Developed and completed new Visual Presentation Standards to insure brand consistency. New strategic direction for Merchandise Presentation and Visual Communications and Implementation. Introduced Plan-o-Grams and strategic planning to the VM team. Introduction of key visual elements and cross-merchandising awareness that enhanced the customer experience. Implemented the understanding of merchandising a store based on product turn, to improve dollars per square foot productivity. Partnered with multiple business units to share developmental ideas and executions to achieve synergies.
