Since first earning certification as a Bank Business Manager at Sparkasse Langen, Mr. Ralf Bach has served in a wide range of positions throughout the financial sector. Beginning his career at American Express, Inc, Ralf Bach garnered extensive experience in managing credit inquiries up to $2.5 million. Ralf Bach went on to manage fraud defense and prevention at GZS Eurocard GmbH. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, Ralf Bach next joined Santander Direkt Bank, where he was responsible for a 6.5 million euro budget and helped secure Capital Magazine’s Award for Best Customer Service in 1998. Ralf Bach continued his professional success with executive positions at ING-DiBa AG and GE Money Bank GmbH, before joining the team at T-Online/T-Com, Darmstadt, as Senior Vice President. Currently, Ralf Bach utilizes his professional experience to help other companies achieve success through improved business operations. Since he began consulting independently in 2007, Ralf Bach has worked with a number of respected companies on issues pertaining to customer care, due diligence, and reorganization. Ralf Bach has taken numerous opportunities to sharpen his professional skills.
