Knowledge Management
Knowledge Management is the key both to my past and current project, new domain being the common attribute. Project for News America Marketing  I had an opportunity to train new associates into the domain and process thus enabling them to jointly co-create.    In my current role am building a KM portal to serve as a one-stop shop for internal team members and the client to garner information related to the project and the domain. Now, i have taken a step forward to make this information available into an asset. Am building a domain certification program for the internal associates to certify. This will be an advanced program to gain in-depth understanding of the domain. Going forward i will be working on technical certification program as well which will be considered as a best practice guideline to all projects running within the company.
Idea Champion
The Industry by itself has reached a state of stiffness. I see the clients are no longer interested in plain vanilla services, most of them are already asking "what next?" I am playing the role of an Idea champion in my current project working to chart a methodological framework to innovation. I am forming focus groups within the company who can think 'beyond the obvious'. My role in this account is to chart a 2 year road-map plan for the client on Innovation. The plan is not just to ideate but also claim sponsor approval to execute those ideas.

Project for News America Marketing and Project for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) i have been involved in Advanced UI design of the products. During the period i intensely worked with external research agency to perform End-user acceptance testing. The collated research inputs formed the back-bone of the product design which i call it user centric product design
