• Identify new rates and preparation of rate analysis for extra items.
• Request For Approvals (RFA) on daily basis for all services to consultants and tracking of RFA’s.
• Request For Information (RFI) for discrepancies in Drawings.
• Preparation of Measurement sheets and updating of quantities done on day to day basis.
• Co-ordination with consultants for approvals and certification of monthly valuations.
• Claiming variations.
• Attending meetings with client/Project Manager/QS for the approval of variations.
• Plan, schedule, update and control project activities and prepare various reports.
• Prepare detailed scheduling and monitoring the work plan through Microsoft Project planner.
• Prepare S- curves and monitor the actual work at regular time basis.
• Finding out the bottle necks and preparing the alternative plans to catch the progress and schedule.
• Prepare mobilization schedules for manpower, equipment & personnel with respect to Baseline Master Schedule.
• Material approval, purchase requisition and follow up material delivery.
• Manpower allocation & monitoring the usage of resources with the supervisors for day-to-day activities.
• Supervise the subordinates and give them supports while executing the work.
• Evaluate the actual progress versus planned progress in the regular periodic wise.
• Attend the Clients meeting , highlights the site constraints and Issues needing decision from the clients / project team
• Provide input to Project Manager & Head Office for better decision making and lease with the client / consultant for successful implementation of the project objectives.
• Co-ordinating with different utilities for the necessary permits and approvals.
• Co-ordinating with the traffic department for necessary permits and inspections.

•  Interpretation of Engineering Documents and Drawings and assisting Construction Team in execution.
  
• Review of Construction Procedures and Speciation’s.
• Quantity take off and Comparison of actual quantity of works carried out and quantity in Drawings.
• Monitoring latest revision issue of drawings and keep the Construction Team informed.
• Coordination between Engineering Teams in the Home Office and the Construction Team at site for the Construction related issues occurred at site.
• Coordination with client regarding Engineering and Contractual matters.
• Preparation of supporting documents for Claims/Extra works.
• Preparation of minor design changes in conjunction with Home Office Design Department
