- Support to Functional Head for giving training to worker.
- To give loan and advances to worker.
- To prepare Monthly Salary.
- Keep records of worker and employee Profile.
- To maintain all attendance and leave records.
- Manage worker and staff member monthly salary and their advances.
- Payment of workers and staff members.
- Keep records of monthly salary, wages records.
- Give every report to HR Manager of salary, advances, and loans.
- Verification & approval of expense vouchers
- Resolving employees concerns/issues if any
- Entry made in ERP software, banks, sales, purchase and inventory.
- Maintain day to day inventory.
- Payment made of creditors, Making banks and party reconciliation.
- To handle monthly PDC cheque list, debit note and credit note.
- To make TDS, ‘C’ Certificate, Chalan.
- To help in Calculation of Vat, Tax, Income, and Sales.
- To prepare final account, projected balance sheet.
- Support to functional heads to take any decision in plant and different staff.
- Co-ordination with different departments.
