  • Responsible for overall IT projects, budget ($15 million per year), and vision against the needs of the organization.
  • Directed a 23 member team, both domestically and internationally located, responsible for all aspects of their work, from resource allocation to final review of documentation, as well as annual performance reviews.
  • Created IT organization standard operating procedures (SOPs).Enforced compliance with CFR part 11 regulations for all systems.Provided reports to our global organization

  • Solely responsible for BASIS and ABAP/4 support – everything from installing SAP to doing transports and setting up security to writing interfaces and reports.
