This is a 4Pl product into different aspects of Logistics, which will include Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, and Transportation Solutions. HOP KARO currently have data base of more than 12,000 vehicles majority from Mumbai & Bangalore and 25 logistics partner for Express division.

Job Responsibilities–

Vision of this startup In Express Vertical: Creating online market place platform for the courier and express industry that helps customers to find a continuous way for desirable, cheapest, fastest, best deals for sending the documents, parcels and part load. Also it helps to couriers to increasing the sales and booming revenue area.

Job Responsibilities includes-

  • Project leader to create operations network for startup.

Operations Manager Marol, Mumbai,

Job Responsibilities–


  • Operations coordination with all related department like shopping malls, JIT suppliers, warehouse and F&V section.
  • Responsible to manage on time departure and arrivals of vehicles from suppliers and JIT locations.
  • Ensure to verify shift wise delivery load plan with shift supervisor and dispatch team.
  • Managing security procedure for in time/out time security checkup of workers.
  • Arrangements of departmental requirements like assets, equipments stationary.

Fulfillment -

  • Responsible for on time completion of order fulfillment for day and night shift.
  • Handled products quantity for fulfillment approx 12 thousands daily basis.
  • Monitoring and controlling for shorts and wrong picking.
  • Ensure to handle start to end process of order Fulfillment and operations ( picking, packing and shipping )
  • Responsible to picking happen with 100% accuracy from respective locations.

 Warehousing Activities-

  • Inventory Control and stock take once in a month.
  • Daily basis stock correction and rectification in system like picked vs packed.
  • Ensure to quality check insect/ fungus infestation inside food, non food, dry food, liquid food, cut vegetable

fruits & vegetables, fridge, chiller frozen products, meat and ice cream.

  • Ensure occupied team with under regular activities, standard manners and discipline.

Job Role - Assistant Manger Logistic [Jun 2011 to Dec 2013]

Job Responsibilities–

Logistics and Operations:-

  • Responsible to supervise team wise processes like order verification, shipment ready for pickup, picked-up parcels, shipped, undelivered, delivered, declared returns, COD orders Return.
  • Day to day follow-up with processing units for on time dispatch.
  • Ensure to marking the courier status report into the system, 7000 orders daily.
  • Special track and follow-up with logistics for slots wise deliveries and In-transit shipments.
