STATUTORY COMPLAINCE

  • Responsible for maintenance of labour registers such like Muster roll, Wage registers & other registers as applicable to the organization. Monitoring the timely submission of statutory return under various labour laws and rules as applicable.
  • Supervised labor law compliances like ESI and PF benefits, minimum wages and Contract Labour Act. etc.
  • Liaison with statutory bodies under labor Laws for registration, licenses, renewals etc.
  • Coordinating with Contractors for recruitment of contractual employees as and when required for departments.
  • Conducting regular audit of statutory compliance for contractor and be responsible of any variance correction.
  • Checking the manpower list, ESI, PF Challan and other required documents while passing the vendor bill.                                                                                                                              

RECRUITMENT

  • Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
  • Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
  • Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
  • Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
