About Dr. Rajan Bhatt

Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt holds both a Doctor of Medicine and an MBA, a combination that served him well in his position at HealthIQ, LLC, where he served as Research Analyst. In this capacity, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt performed diverse duties, and listed as clients both pharmaceutical and health care firms. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt provided expertise in product positioning, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships for his clients, and supplied them with pertinent information regarding the marketplace.

At the University Medical Center in Arizona, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt completed his internal medicine training and next embarked on a Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center that he completed in 2010.

He has authored important works, including those that have appeared in distinguished publications, such as "Are All Ventricular Defects Created Equal?" published in the Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography (JASE), and “Comparison of LVEF Obtained Single-Plane RAO Ventriculography and Echocardiography in Patients with and Without Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease,” which ran in Echocardiography. In addition, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt’s work has been featured in other scholarly periodicals, such as Resuscitation.

Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt takes part in a number of professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Echocardiography, the American Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association, Inc.

The recipient of various professional awards, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt was named runner-up for the 2005 Annual Clinical Vignette Competition and nominated for the 2005 Housestaff Teaching Award. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt also won the Distinguised Research Award by the Department of Medicine for his work, “Cardiac MRI during Sustained Ventricular Fibrillation in an Adult Swine Model,”

Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt resides in Arizona, where in his free time he enjoys gardening, running, reading, traveling, and SCUBA diving.
