So for me at work customer service for me is number one. I drive sales by talking to the customers so they can feel comfortable while shopping instead of seeing them come in pick up what they want, then just watch them leave. Without great customer service there won't be any sales. I've been one of the top sellers ever since I started in November, where I got recognized by the district manager and corporal.
