Management of GF AgieCharmilles’ sales company for South China and Hong Kong. The company has more than 100 staff working as sales, application and service engineers and generated approx. 40 million USD sales in 2008 in 3 locations: Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan; South China is one of the most important markets to the GF AgieCharmilles group worldwide. Successful integration of 3 sales companies for 3 brands into 1 common brand sales company; reorganization of the company according to market segments and modern sales management concepts, which helped to increase its market share in South China from 10% to 16% in 2008; successful execution of a drastic restructuring in 2009.
