- Brand Enhancement- Contrivance of market sales strategies and targeted Campaigns / Seminars / Business Presentations resulting in positioning of Smart ClassTM and EduclassTM program.
- Customer Relationship- Creation of Value Proposition and business strategies and operating models for the prospects to build strong relationship and foster business retention through augmented team engagement.
- Competitive Intelligence- Plan and execute effective communication tools including Case References supporting the change management initiative. Support to front end sales team in deal closure, Competitor evaluation, and turnaround multimillion lead in highly conservative suburbs of Central and Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
- Leadership Development - Augmenting and enhancing self- efficacy among team members through active Role -Exchange, Task Accomplishment, sharing individual expertise, division of bigger tasks into nibbles, calibration of innate traits.
