Client: Internal Infosys Oracle Practise

  • Currently serving as the HCM Pre-Sales Lead for Oracle Practise within Infosys – along with client role
  • Led 2 Application Management services sales proposals of value > $5m per year. Prepared solution based on data gathering exercises performed with client. Both of these proposals were for a cloud based solution in the Education sector
  • Estimated resourcing requirements and responded to RFP.
  • Presented and demonstrated proposed solution together with pricing to client
  • HRMS anchor for proposal with a total value ~ $20m for an upgrade from Oracle 11i to Oracle R12. This was for a worldwide projects delivery and consulting services organization

Client: Westpac

  • Analysed ‘As-Is’ state of Bank’s HR/Finance footprint and devising future state architecture and implementable architecture roadmaps in the context of the public, private, and hybrid cloud computing solutions
  • Conducted planning sessions with various third party vendors and business users to evaluate offerings that align to Bank’s business strategy and objectives
  • Presented various offerings that Infosys provide with a mix of onshore/offshore model options
  • Created resource mapping to provide estimated pricing and implementation plans
  • Project Managed integration project worth total of $400k, including involvement from multiple business and IT teams

Client: University of Technology, Sydney

  • Created business strategy and 5-year IT roadmap to help the University operate more efficiently and improve overall ranking amongst universities – both domestically and internationally.
  • Conducted interviews with various users and key stakeholders (including CFO, CTO and HR Director) at University to discuss currently ‘Pain Points’ and devising solution to address them
  • Presented different models to client offering cost reduction and reduction in customisations – including SaaS, mixture of on-premises and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS

  • Worked on the ‘LCBT’ project implementing Oracle Payroll solution for over 8,000 employees.
  • Designed, configured and implemented Payroll solution based on complex business requirements, including numerous Award payments, leave payment calculations, accrual logic etc.
  • Trained client on Oracle Payroll standards and functionality
  • Created data conversion specifications and mapping to import historical Payroll data from legacy systems such as JD Edwards, Micropay, Alesco.
  • Designed and executed test scripts for System Testing and System Integration Testing
  • Created and updated documents to project methodology standards including BR100, Functional Specs, Data Mapping spreadsheets
