Directed implementation team of 27 in North America and Europe. Managed vendor relations and consultant staffs. Evaluated new product requirements as related to rating and billing; designed and program-managed development of product offerings. Project managed development of interfaces between Billing, Ordering and Financial systems increasing accuracy and reducing headcount. Evaluated and authorized all billing software development requests. Determined economic value of requests and prioritized work based on value to company.

Managed Local Services Billing Operations Department with yearly billings in excess of $1.6 Billion and Global Fraud Management Organization of AT&T Business Division. Directed staff of 200 professionals and department budget of over $20 million in daily operations. Created a Revenue Protection Unit. Managed billing and fraud system vendor relations. Oversaw data collection from switches for rating and billing. Managed certification of new switches in network. Evaluated new product requirements as related to rating and billing; designed and managed development of new product offerings for rating and billing.
