  • Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Make spread sheet for the product which has not been installed and send this to different employee according to the list which is provided.
  • Process replies on own initiative or from managers notes.
  • Send confirmation letters and activation codes to customers.  
  • Use admin side of the website to add new customers or edit them.
  • Answer phone calls and handle all the customers’ inquiries.
