The Business Process & HR Operations Manager oversees a varied amount of functions with a diverse range of responsibilities in different departments, including human resources, I.T, administration, business development & marketing. The manager’s role is to support efficiency & to support the Chief Financial Officer & Director of Finance & Administration as well as ensuring that the company meets its obligations.

The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the Division/Department. The Business Analyst will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.   • Meeting and interviewing consumers and floor salesmen, observing and understanding buying/purchasing behavior and analyzing findings to be used in the LG pitch.
