As the first invited to the series of Mega Projects Lectures for SPE Brasil, Lula NE project was presented, focusing on overcoming technological challenges and applying best practices for project management.

Held in the bigger oil industry conference in the world, OTC, in Houston - TX, with an average of 100,000 attendants, this lecture made front page in the daily 34 pages OTC newspaper. It presented how Lula NE Project, besides having major technology developments, was put in production in just 77% of industry average schedule.
