Supervise stevedores in the port and ensure that the team's work is done safely and according to the requirements of the port and it customers
Directing and managing the performance of a dedicated team engaged in the task of loading and unloading a vessel
Responsible for the distribution and organization of cargo containers inventory
Manage receiving, picking and distribution of all materials in and out of the Port Zone of Puerto Rico
Responsible for staff to operate in compliance with Company standards

Inspect and investigate new and existing business establishments to secure compliance with the municipal license ordinance
Investigate complaints of violations concerning contractor licensing requirements
Inspect buildings and uses to ensure compliance with zoning ordinance regulations
Perform general clerical work, including but not limited to preparing inspection reports
Inspect building construction to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Inspect unpermitted construction
Patrol the city looking for violations and enforce municipal ordinance requiring business licenses for all new construction, additions and alterations to existing buildings within the city limits

Responsible for responding to taxpayers who are summoned to the office
Responsible for analyzing the accounts of taxpayers
Analyze accounting reports of various kinds, such as manual payments, checking deposit slips, bank reconciliations, payments, records of merchants, exemptions, among other
Analyze Retailer accounts
Responsible for investigating missing Retailers
Manage collections
Execute other compatible tasks by express delegation of the project supervisors of the municipal tax on the sales and use, as well as the office of Finances
