Serve as key member of technical sales of oil field chemical division. Supervise laboratory assistant and field engineer to ensure compliance with QA standard, federal regulation, and customer specifications. Results:
- Monitored Bottle Testing. To make sure all activity of field engineer meet SOP and give engineering recommendation to find out the best formula of chemical.
- Conduct technical presentation. Sometimes, the customer need our idea to reach their technical target with more economist and more environmental friendly system.
- Make the effective communication with customer (especially with Pertamina) and keep relationship before and after sales.
- Looking for potential business such as recommend filtration system on workover job, using formate based for drilling and completion activity, selling gravel packer from local manufacturer.
