*Working closely with property managers to ensure work requests are completed and perform preventative property maintenance to keep the property in top condition

*Production Scheduling - Evaluate open customer orders and prioritize schedule accordingly

*Quality Control - Receive and review information from the lab in order to process customer orders

*Factory Employees - Oversee up-to 30 employees. Monitor scheduling and manpower in order to ensure production is completed in a timely fashion.  Oversee new safety protocols and enforce them. Maintain forklift training procedures and records. Work with foreman and shift supervisors to ensure that plant runs smoothly and efficiently.
