  • Assist in Sales Resource Optimisation (SRO) for development of new team structure under Commercial Excellence Manager for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Prepare and build quarterly IMS data (IAM platform) for Marketing Team to analysed market share and trend.
  • Monitor R&F progress of Sales Team to regional dashboard KPI purposes
  • Team lead for Sales Force Benchmarking for Mundipharma Malaysia working closely with Head of Marketing and National Sales Manager for this project and the liaisons with external service provider 
  • Ex-Trainer for all sales training inclusive of new on board hired (Foundation Selling Skills), territory sales management, presentation skills for both PS and SM from  July 2013-201
