- Roll out and build SFE reports that are needed for Marketing team to monitor progress and analysed product drop off rate to targeted customer by Product Specialist (PS)
- POA (Reach & Frequency- R&F)
- Call dialogue (Surveys)
- Product Adoption Ladder
- Monthly Reach and Frequency by brand, channel, Product Specialist and key messages
- Develop Field Coaching report for Business Unit Head and Sales Manager to monitor the progress of individual PS
- Work together with Sales Manager to identify gap area for below expectation PS and recommend areas to improvement that develops necessary selling skills
- Field Work/ coaching with PS to diagnose gaps in selling skills
- Train new hired in using IMS customer database system (Mobile Intelligence, MI)
- Develop MI manual for both iPad and laptop version for Sales Team on every module that is roll out.
- Assist in Sales Resource Optimisation (SRO) for development of new team structure under Commercial Excellence Manager for Malaysia and Singapore.
- Prepare and build quarterly IMS data (IAM platform) for Marketing Team to analysed market share and trend.
- Monitor R&F progress of Sales Team to regional dashboard KPI purposes
- Team lead for Sales Force Benchmarking for Mundipharma Malaysia working closely with Head of Marketing and National Sales Manager for this project and the liaisons with external service provider
- Ex-Trainer for all sales training inclusive of new on board hired (Foundation Selling Skills), territory sales management, presentation skills for both PS and SM from July 2013-201
- Ex- Trainer for Leading High Performance Team for SM from July 2013- 2014
- Self-develop training module on Body Language to improve selling and presentation skills
