I have over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry where I dealt with customers on a daily bases. Through that I've learned to be professional in dealing with clients, organized in my working space, how to communicate efficiently with clients. I am efficient in administrative duties as I had to handle most of the admin duties at the salon. I am able to work independently and in a team and as a result I have learned to be a self-starter and self-motivator.

I have knowledge in pharmaceutical regulatory system with regards to approvals, submissions, guidelines, ethics and principles. i have knowledge in the conduction of clinical trials in respect to:

• Study overview, eligibility criteria, procedures , access to suitable patient populations
  
• Lab manual ,requirements or research sample processing and shipping
  
• Regulations and Good Clinical Practice(GCP) guidelines, informed consent requirements, IEC obligations, adverse event reporting, drug accountability 
• Data forms review including Case Report Forms(CRFs)
