S.C.(ADSB) Vice President Human Resources Administration & Training Basic Functions: Play a critical role in driving change throughout the company to support new business initiatives and expectations for this company Direct all aspect of human resource management including recruitment, compensation benefits, policy development, employee relations, organizational development, performance management and administration Design, develop and implement programs to reinforce the value of diversity in the company Manage the continued integration of the human resources function into a valued, strategic business partner with other disciplines throughout the company. Oversee succession planning, career pathing and performance management processes. Act as a change agent within the company to support specific business initiatives of the company. Planning and controlling the provision of the Personnel Services such as: application of policies in the areas of Promotion, Salaries and Allowances. Refine compensation programs to effectively drive performance. Devise and deliver focused induction training to new employees. Plan and conduct. new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals. Analyze and resolve personnel grievances and brief management on employee-related issues. Responsible for implementation of Recruitment Systems and policies in accordance with the Federal and Local Governments Systems. Contracts and agreement negotiation for administrative and manpower supply. Responsible for planning and controlling the resources necessary to provide services in Employee Relations, Travel, Housing, Recruiting, Security Building Services, Training. Responsible for all Government related functions i.e. Labor, Immigration, Ministry of and others. Proposing contemporary trends in Procedure Simplification & Improving Work Methods. Identifying training needs and assessments in all areas of the business. Responsible for all camp related services which hosts 620 staff.
