- Member of Hilton Eugene Executive Board of Directors
- Travel to other Davidson properties to assist in the absence of a Director of Revenue or transition a new property into the company
- Create and manage ongoing forecast for rooms division
- Perform annual planning and budget for rooms division
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations for improving market penetration
- Utilizing and creating displacement models to aid Sales department in resolving difficult sales decisions
- Manage Reservations department, including daily payroll and train Front Desk and Sales Managers in reservation and sales strategies as well as communicate to the worldwide call center any changes or strategies
- Manage inventory in PMS, CRS and GDS
- Market transient rooms through web based companies, travel magazines and GDS companies
- Lead and effectively run Revenue Team meetings, communicating the current market share, goals, task assignments, time estimates, and task prioritization. Implement initiatives that enhance productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
- Oversee Front Office Manager to mentor, train and overall support of the front office
- Assist with IT needs of all hotel staff
- Motivate Reservation and Front Office staff to reach the revenue and service goals of the company
- Participate in all fund raising events for Give Kids the World charity organization
