Dear Dr. Givelichian,

I have attached my CV outlining my extensive education and work experience. I am certain if you choose to interview and hire me, you will not be disappointed.

My previous experience working as full time Paediatrician in very stressful and resource scarce environment in Iraq between 2002- 2004 equipped me with solid clinical tools. It provided me with practical appreciation of the crucial importance of an informed history and physical in reaching the diagnosis with no or limited reliance on the investigations. I also mastered the skills of working under difficult and stressful situations while staying focused on patient care and safety.

My expertise in Aerospace medicine , combat zone and  emergency medicine further solidified my foundation in managing difficult causalities safely under tremendous pressure.

I then married all these past experience to my medical residency training in General Paediatrics at London health Science – University of Western Ontario and Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Hamilton Health Science – McMaster University. This in turn not only gave me the appreciation of working within a multidisciplinary team but also deepened my appreciation of how to effectively manage resources to sustain our health care system.

I strive to apply the evidence based medical care when caring for my patients on daily practise. I am currently working on building a thesis  “Immune Reset Theory “ which not only will impact how treat the inflammatory bowel disease but may also impact how we look at the autoimmune illnesses . All of these qualities make me a great addition to your team.
