Transmission interconnect studies. Drafting, drawing, and final prototype submittal.Land donation for the build, recruiting of team members. Project demographics and final grant writing submissions, unable to complete due to economic downturn.

Metal Shop / Maintenance
Duties: Metal shop de-burring thermocouple application. Cobalt bit upkeep, hi-speed sharpening. Nardini lathe operation and upkeep. F-18 bus-bar forming, drilling, manufacture and QC. Hardness thermocouple testing, voltage verification, stock rolling. Sander and grinder dust vacuum systems, large equipment re-positioning. Live light ballast replacement, conduit checks, bulb replacement.Work with lathe measurements to aircraft spec. Reading of plans, blueprints, work orders. Stockroom ordering, shipping / receiving supply verification. Use of measuring devices: micrometer, digital calipers scales, and electronic bench test equipment. Building maintenance.

Aeronautics / Rumbold
Duties: Crew seat (737 727) rebuild, passenger seat rework and re-furbish, RUMBOLD electronic 747 first class seat trained and certified. Foot rest re-calibrate. IBM computer software network and "cat track" set up for in house functional electronic diagnostics. MUX box test & TS passenger seat duo, trio, and quad repair. Seat frames, brackets, pivot bushings, recline cable, snack tray, cabin feet, seat pan replace riveting. Sent TDY to Indianapolis for repair training with Bob Scott, creator of the 747 RUMBOLD First Class seat. Certified repair program, 2 month deployment .
