Prior to establishing InterContinental Capital Group in September 2005, Dustin DiMisa spent several years in a managerial capacity for Countrywide Financial Corporation’s Full Spectrum Lending Division (FSLD), where he maintained responsibility for the company’s operations, as well as its consumer direct and business-to-business sales. Over the course of his career at Countrywide Financial FSLD, Dustin DiMisa generated an average of tens of millions in preapproved residential loans, and implemented and enforced best practices to comply with the numerous regulatory laws facing mortgage originators, including the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). Dustin DiMisa pursued undergraduate studies in business administration and finance.
