- Risk and exposure evaluation for property portfolio investors to determine cashflow, affordability and portfolio growth.
- Monitoring and continuous education in various lender policies to stay up-to-date on most recent market trends, to determine applicability to clients.
- Presentation and discussion with clients about most suitable solutions according to their objectives.
- Active communication with all parties involved during clients' application process to ensure a smooth flow during each transaction, with post-settlement client services.
- Management of team's workflow and workload to ensure effective responsiveness to clients, whilst maintaining an engaged approach to streamlining processes.
