Implementation of all aspects of Alitalia Strategic Sourcing methodology in support of Category Manager and department Director, including:
analyzing expenditures; facilitating cost reduction opportunity assessments; re-engineering processes; selecting suppliers; conducting supplier negotiations; conducting internal customer negotiations; establishing and monitoring supply agreements; measuring and reviewing supplier performance and leading supplier continuous improvement programs; modeling total cost of ownership; identifying economic trends. IT tools: SAP, Microsoft Office, simulation sw (Arena 7.0 and Flexsim).
Leadership of cross-company sourcing project teams (including Governance Activity over the companies of Alitalia Group) – i.e. supply of micro-logistics and supply of cleaning services for the Alitalia Group
Main projects: supply of hours of flight simulation; supply of catering for VIP lounges; supply of maintenance for airport vehicles; supply of micro-logistics; supply of cleaning services; supply of payroll staff; etc.
