Responsible for the marketing activities of company a small producing ices and other Italian gourmet food:

  • to promote PUROgelato on the local media and to encourage its participation in events that enhance the pleasure of eating connected with local products (semaine du goût, caves ouvertes, fête de la tomate, du pomme ou de la courge, …)
  • to find for the Piaggio Ape Van branded PUROgelato locations to sell ices, like, festivals, private parties, public markets; I am also in charge of organising the workers’ shifts
  • to present the production of PUROgelato and PUROgusto (ices, pizza, focaccia, cakes, lasagne, ect) to the B2B like restaurants, catering or street food

Responsible for the new shop branded PUROgelato opened for the summer in Carouge.

I was in charge of all the organisation process as well responsible for the budget.

These conferences were often co-organised with important financial institutions, like the European Central Bank, the Bundesbank or the International Monetary Fund.

I was working in the Marketing Div. reporting to the Commercial Director.

I developed two international projects (MSA and Visible Success) assigned by the headquarter in Germany.

These systems imply a strong data analysis of the competitors’ portfolio, of their price policy, and of their carried out promotions; these are still successfully instruments used by Vileda to improve the layout of the products on the shelves.

I was working in the Trade Marketing Div. reporting to Marketing Director.

I worked in the fast moving consumer goods and I was in charge of different categories of products including Mocio.

Mocio is for Vileda the most important product in terms of sales results and profitability. In that time, Mocio was involved by a great re-launch through a European product improvement process and an intensive TV campaign agreed by the different “Mocio-countries”.

I was reporting to the Commercial Director and responsible for 2 Brand Managers and 1 Assistant.

I worked in the B2B market and over the years, my responsibilities increased taking care of the entire portfolio.

The division was newly created to enter the FAFH (food away from home) from scratch and the team worked intensively to analyse the clients’ needs and turnover in order to prepare, in a close cooperation with the R&D, the development of products suitable for the catering under the Kraft’s brands. The strategy with the clients by a statistical deep analysis was a tailor-made one to reach a complete customer satisfaction.

I collaborated to prepare the materials (brochures, leaflets and clients’ invitations) for the IAA (International Automobile Ausstellung) and the Gran Prix of Nurburgring; I was also member of the team analysing, through interviews to the mechanics and to the customers, the best layout for the service stations and implementing the educational booklets useful to better organise the working place.

Degree in Economics and Statistics

Catholic University

Dissertation in Economic Statistics. (Note: 105/110). The analysis was on the price index created five years before by my professor. I applied to the yearly data series the different statistical indicators to verify the accuracy of the index. The index was working perfectly.

Strong involved in AIESEC (Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales) with different responsibilities, especially concerning the organisation of congresses and events.

My profile

My professional career was built in big international private concerns, where I developed a strong capacity to analyse a situation and to deal with it under huge time pressure.

The projects I followed, starting from the rising Foodservice department in Kraft arriving to the conferences’ organisation for the Goethe University in Frankfurt as well to the implementation of a small ice-cream company in Geneva, were often under the target to develop a business from scratch. These experiences enable me to identify the most relevant variables in a business and to manage all aspects in detail in order to deliver under the appreciation of my supervisors high quality results in very short time spans.

I am an operative and well-organised person with strong capacities of team playing thanks to my communicative abilities reinforced by the knowledge of four languages.
