Education Philosophy

Adults are always learning whether we are the instructor or the student. Adults are self-directed, social and constructive learners. We acquire knowledge through our own individual cognitive process, learning style and critical reflection. Regardless of our age, culture or social environment there is always a desire to increase knowledge.
