Manager the day to activities of the EVP and Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COO & CFO) which includes heavy calendar management and arranging of international conference calls on a daily basis. Liaise with high level executives and donors which requires understanding of nuances and handling of sensitive financial company information.  Organize complex international travel which includes organizing side meetings and ground transportation.
