A graduate of Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, Lauren Hargrove, DMD, studied biology and chemistry. Following the receipt of his undergraduate degree, he enrolled in the School of Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia. While pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine, Lauren Hargrove, DMD, conducted extensive research for the Medical College of Georgia and the International Association for Dental Research Meeting in Orlando, Florida. He also initiated World Dental Outreach, Inc., a nonprofit program committed to providing third world countries with dental services, based in Augusta, Georgia. Lauren Hargrove, DMD, graduated from dental school in 1999. He has since attended over 20 professional seminars for further education. These include training sessions in advanced laser applications, laser proficiency, dental sedation, local anesthesia, implant surgery, and many other subjects. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine, Lauren Hargrove, opened his own private practice, specializing in restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures. Currently, Lauren Hargrove, DMD, serves as a dentist at Nanston Dental Group and Great Expressions Dental Centers in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he practices a number of surgical, endodontic, periodontic, and general treatments. To maintain his professional knowledge, Lauren Hargrove supports the Hinman Dental Society, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. A devoted philanthropist, Lauren Hargrove, DMD, has made numerous charitable contributions to those lacking dental resources. As a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he has launched multiple free clinics locally and internationally. Lauren Hargrove, also volunteers as a Dental Director of Charities for Missionary Dentistry. In this capacity, he has directed programs in Africa, Central America, and South America. In his spare time, Lauren Hargrove enjoys a variety of activities, including traveling, cooking, engaging in outdoor recreation, and attending theatrical productions.
