®Supervised over 25 employees while serving as Interim Manager of the primary center of multiple activities for aging persons at the City of Caguas, including Registred Nurses, Social Workers, Bus Drivers, Food Manager, Cooks.
®Evaluated and selected participants for the programs of Multiple Activity Centers for the Elderly, Nutrition, and Assisted Home Care of the City of Caguas. Conducted interviews to obtain pertinent information, both face to face and home visits.
®Managed various cases for the elderly in Multiple Activity Center, offering daily social services to approximately 165 enrollees. Prepared and maintained written narrative documentation files of the activities concerning individual client cases.
®Worked with very low income aging populations, recognizing potential adult abuse/neglect, referring to other adult services agencies, law enforcement agencies, and others.
®Gathered and analyzed information and statistical data used in the conduct of research to contribute recommendations to the city programs. Created different document forms to agilized and maximized other employees works obtaining better results.
®Obtained a score of 90% or more; in all of my municipal employee annual evaluations, and 90 points or more; related to social area evaluations from the government agency, which audits the Multiple Activity Center of the Municipality, who are federally funded.
