Dr. Alan Kling graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. After a residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., Dr. Kling returned to New York and did his dermatology residency at the Skin and Cancer Unit in the Ronald O. Perlman Department of Dermatology at the New York University Medical Center.

Dr. Kling is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
