In charge of Parking Enforcement. Strong knowledge of parking polices and procedures. Exceeded established department productivity goals through an Access based program that I designed. Development of this system increased productivity in parking enforcement objectives as wells as maintained all deadlines. Standard office duties; answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, knowledge of fax and copy machines, type letters, filing and data entry. Uphold all confidential material. Worked strongly with supervisor as well as unsupervised.

I can work well along side a team in addition to working unsupervised, and independently.
