Manage expectations in line with employment brand, business direction and people charter
Function as the single-point-of-contact on all people matters across APAC region
Oversee and manage on-boarding and induction programs, ensuring integration of new hires
Handle people queries, grievances, concerns, issue resolution, emergency situations, etc.
Ensure workplace welfare including adherence to statutory requirements
Ensure fun at work and team building activities are a consistent part of the culture
Instill energy and enthusiasm in the workplace through ownership with the people
Continuously assess workforce pulse and cultural climate
Proactively identify issues and work with various stakeholders to resolve
Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives like skip level meetings, R&R
Implement key Talent Management initiatives like redeployment, career progression, L&D, etc.
Analyze HR-related data such as separation, compensation, rewards, performance ratings, etc.
Coordinate resolution of any specific policy-related and/or procedural problems and inquiries
