Responsible for monitoring 25-30 student’s academic progress and personal development, as well as supporting morale. Faculty advisors have daily contact with the Cadets during study hall and communicate with parents on a regular basis by phone and email.  Military advisors are always available for parents to ask questions, voice concerns, and help to distribute information that can assist the school in the care and well-being of their Cadet.  Advisors will periodically contact parents to discuss the progress of their son and to identify issues that may require attention.  When appropriate, the Cadet will be involved in such conversations.

  • Commissioned as the key Army Liaison to the Air Force while conducting international operations in Balad, Iraq.
  • Held the bottom line responsibility for end to end housing management functions to include tenant relations with contractors, facility security and maintenance issues, and oversight of contracted services.
  • Performed office administration and data management for six housing developments; communicated with other housing and community leaders in order to ensure maximum living capacity.
  • Developed the course of action needed to conduct a mass 98 unit move out and turnover in six hours.

Chief of Operations

  • Supervised a diverse multi-site 25 personnel staff section; directed the execution of all day to day operations, completed and submitted assessment reports, advised higher management of changes to facilitate work processes, and ensured team leads correctly trained and monitored the progress of the employees directly under their control.
