The program has helped me gain more insight into what makes for successful business practices from an operational, financial and strategic standpoint. I have also learned how to identify risks associated with certain decisions and how to develop a plan to mitigate these risks. Recently, I developed a marketing plan for an organization to help them better position their products and gain more market share.
