The consultant Team, comprising of international and national specialists with extensive experience in Flyover/Urban infrastructure development projects, will provide the services to the Project Implementation Office (PIO) at the LGED headquarters. The consultant TA Team will facilitate Project activities, which will include the development of work plan, design, monitoring, supervision and evaluation of construction works and identification of problems and solutions, coordination, review of the Project’s design & progress, and reporting to LGED, SFD, OPEC and other relevant agencies.

Precast pre-stressed segmental box girder.
Precast pre-stressed I-Girder with Deck Slab.
Approach Ramp with RE Wall Panel
Total 1222 no’s Cast in situ pile having 1800 mm dia, 1500mm dia, 1200mm dia and 1000mm dia. Length of Piles varies from 30m to 45 meter.

Pre stress I girder 644 nos of various length
Segmental Box Girder 1620 both single and double cell type.
Minimum clear height along the carriageway under the flyover is 5.5 m in accordance with the AASHTO and 7.2 m at three nos level crossing ( Sonargaon, Mogbazar and Malibagh) in accordance with Bangladesh Railway.
PSC I - Girder: 24m to 33m length PSC I - Girder rebar work, profile work, formwork ,concreting , pc strand cable stressing ( strand dia 12.7mm, Anchorage type: 19K15, 7K12, Jacking force: 990KN-3700KN, Both end stressing), erection work.
Deck slab: 19m to 36m long span deck slab construction with rebar work, proper leveling, concreting.
PSC Box Girder (precast): 25m to 30m long span P.S.C Box girder, PHU unit rebar work, profiling, concreting, pc strand cable stressing (strand dia 15.2mm, Anchorage type: 19K15, Jacking force: 2610KN-3910KN, Both and single end stressing) erection work.
RCC Box Girder: 30m to 35m long span RCC box girder construction with re bar work, proper leveling, concreting.
- Detailed construction supervision of box-girder (pre cast), I-girder (precast), deck slab, cast in situ RCC box girder, such as checking re- bar case as per B.B.S, checking duct profile location as per shop drawing and monitoring the casting.
- Erection of segmental box girder, I-girder like checking the alignment and types of bearing, auto launching, lifting of box-girder and I-girder, gluing of box-girder, monitoring the casting of CIP (cast in place) and Grouting.
- Stressing of segmental box girder and I-girder like monitoring the calculation of elongation, zero correction and applied force.
- Ensure overall safety measures at site.
- Familiar with the modern construction equipment's like, Launching Girder, Boom Placer, Gantry Crane etc.
