I am consulting with CleveMed and helping with the formation of a business plan. The business plan is for a revolutionary Parkinson's disease assessment device.
The deliverable involved requirements gathering, rigorous research and efficient business writing skills.

I work as a project co-ordinator for a research study. My primary responsibilties are recruitment of participant which involves screening participants through phone calls, making schedules for data collectors and intervention providers and over all coordination of study. I am an NIH certified research recruiter and have followed strict confidentiality and adherence to protocols.

Lake Effect Innovation is a student run consulting firm at Case Western Reserve University. Five students from the Engineering and Management program have revived the firm to enable it to start doing business again. I was involved in business planning and day-to-day management activities. We were able to fetch two successful contracts which helped us keep the business running.
It was a great opportunity to leverage classroom knowledge in order to solve real-life industry problems.

My primary responsibilty was overall infrstaructure management and production support. The work involved complete knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) best practices framework. HP Peregrine was the tool used to streamline processes through business process management. Worked in the service delivery automation team in order to automate service level agreements(SLA) for General Motors.My areas of everyday work were incident and problem management, monthly 24/7 on call duties for global production support, network health care monitoring and mentoring off shore team members. I am also a ITIL Foundations Certified professional.

The coursework of the MEM program is closely aligned to the present industry requirements. The curriculum included courses like Product Development and Design, Six Sigma, Lean Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Economics, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, etc.
The coursework was supplemented by numerous real life projects with successful companies like Lubrizol, SIFCO Forge, Criterion Tool, Hamilton Beach Brands and Best Buy.
