Project no. 1: Company analysis of ITC limited -personal care products.
Preparation of Marketing plans according to the basis of analyzing the current market situations of the company by doing research on its external competitors, prepared macro environmental analysis by doing PESTLE analysis as well as further discussion on company's strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat is completed by SWOT analysis. Preparation of market segmentation by using four bases of segments: geographic ,demographic, Psychographic and Behavioral. After this, a proper recommendation of the company is provided with using a proper marketing planning, deciding a good market objective, identifying the target market and positioning of the company and recommendation based on overall approaches to an appropriate marketing mix.
Project no. 2: Comparison of two companies on the basis of its marketing strategies.
Comparison of two fashion Appraisal Company ZARA and . H&M (Hennes & Mauritz ) on the basis of its competitive strategies, strategic positioning,competitive advantage and overall analysis is provided. The reason for choosing these companies for research was that both companies are popular with youngsters, having high successful market strategies and having high profit margin rates.
Project no. 3: Business analysis report on starting up restaurant.
Analysis on a case study, where owner to recruit a research firmed to help him making decisions on opening an upscale restaurant in the area and further hypothesis tests are conducted by using appropriate statistical technique to deal with the research questions related to the starting up the restaurant. Summary of the nature of the test is selected and appropriate to test is performed by using to excel data analysis. Result provided for the test includes to test statistic, p-value and provided graphical representation. Interpretation is provided for statistical and non- statistical basis.
Project no. 4: Financial analysis of hello world travel limited.
Analysis of financial statements from the basis of four years company's annual report and after that preparation of horizontal analysis of balance sheets, vertical analysis of balance sheet, trend analysis, ratio analysis and SWOT analysis was done. After analyzing the financial statements, further recommendation of the basis of intense research was provided to improve the financial position of the company. As the company was incurring loss due to its advertisement cos, so suggestion to reduce the advertisement cost and how to increase revenue is provided.
